Membership Details

• Memberships are month-to-month and can be cancelled after the first two billing cycles. Tans are for my Irvine Location Only.

• Unused Tans rollover as long as the account is active, but do expire 1 year from the time they accrued.

• An account is NOT considered active if it is canceled, or 30 days past due, at which point all accrued tans will be forfeited.

• To cancel your membership, please email us via Square or at info@sweethearttan.com. You must cancel your membership by the end of your billing cycle to prevent automatic renewal for the next month. Your membership is cancelled only when you receive written or verbal confirmation.

• Book your appointment online as usual, and choose “membership tan”

• No shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the tan.
